Scope
This policy describes privacy practices for the public Standish Optimization Intelligence website. Product-specific data practices may be supplemented by customer agreements and product notices when SLR or SBOP is activated.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Standish, request a demo, or become a customer, Standish may receive information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, inquiry details, account information, and service selections.
Website and security information
The website provider and security services may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, administer accounts, support billing, maintain security, improve operations, meet legal obligations, and communicate about the customer's relationship with Standish.
AI and data minimization
Standish is designed to minimize unnecessary personal information sent to AI systems. Where a task can be completed without exposing personal information to an AI model, the platform is designed to use narrower software/data handling instead.
Connected systems and credentials
Standish prefers delegated authorization and minimum necessary scopes when connecting external systems. The platform is designed not to require raw payment-card numbers, CVV, bank passwords, software passwords, or authentication recovery codes when safer provider-hosted methods are available.
Sale of information
Standish's baseline business model does not depend on selling customer or end-user personal information.
Retention and access
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the relevant business purpose, security, recordkeeping, contractual obligations, or law. Product/customer data retention and deletion rules are provided in the applicable service terms or configuration.
