Business identity
Standish Optimization Intelligence™ is a DBA of GC Standish Design, LLC. SLR — Standish Lead Recovery and SBOP — Standish Business Optimization Platform are products of Standish Optimization Intelligence.
Informational website
This public website describes current services and pricing information but does not itself create a customer subscription or authorize a payment. A service relationship begins only through the applicable acceptance and activation process.
Hosted platform and software maintenance
SLR and SBOP are hosted services. Customers access their company workspace through supported sign-in methods rather than maintaining a separate installed copy. Standish may centrally deploy supported software updates, security fixes, bug fixes, reliability improvements, and other platform changes through controlled release processes.
Customer configuration
Customer-specific settings, permissions, branding, routing rules, service entitlements, and integrations may differ by account without creating a separate software installation.
AI-assisted features and business decisions
SLR and SBOP may use AI-assisted features for communication, summarization, analysis, recommendations, and platform operations. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not guarantee revenue, savings, conversion, profitability, compliance, or other business outcomes. Business owners remain responsible for approving consequential operational decisions.
External systems
Connected external systems may provide authorized data for analysis. A Standish platform update does not itself authorize operational changes inside owner-controlled external systems such as accounting, payroll, banking, CRM, or similar platforms. Such actions require the applicable separately authorized feature, permissions, and agreement.
Appointment requests
A date or time discussed with SLR is a requested or preferred time only. It is not confirmed until an authorized representative of the applicable business approves it and sends confirmation.
Service descriptions and pricing
Final customer-specific scope, configuration, fees, allowances, promotions, and billing terms are those shown in the applicable accepted order or agreement.
Intellectual property
Standish retains its software, platform, documentation, brand assets, trademarks, trade secrets, and related intellectual property, subject to customer rights in customer-owned data and materials.

Standish software is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, cybersecurity, privacy, employment, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
